• You won't copy or resell our indicators

• Keep the indicators working on TradingView
• Provide email support (usually within 48 hours)
• Update the indicators as needed
• Respect your privacy

Free Trial: 14 days free. Cancel anytime during the trial and pay nothing.

After Trial: Your subscription begins after the trial ends. Cancel anytime to stop future charges.

Refund Policy: If you're unsatisfied within 14 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund. Combined with the free trial, you have 28 days to evaluate the indicators risk-free.

Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid charges. No refunds on renewal payments.

Trading and investing involve risk. Many people lose money. Our indicators are technical analysis tools, not investment advice. We don't know if you'll make money—we have no access to your brokerage account and no way to measure your results.

Past performance doesn't guarantee future results. Any backtest or historical analysis is hypothetical—based on looking backward, not forward.

We're not registered investment advisers. We sell technical analysis tools for educational purposes. We don't tell you what to buy, sell, or hold. You make your own decisions.

Alerts are provided for convenience. Delivery isn't guaranteed—TradingView handles the actual notification delivery, not us. You're responsible for any trades you make based on alerts.

Our liability is limited to what you paid us. We're in the USA, so US law applies. No warranties beyond what's stated here.
